Aitherapy: Everyday Mental Health Support
Aitherapy was started by two founders who experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to get support when you're struggling mentally. Therapy can be expensive, intimidating, or simply out of reach, and doing nothing often feels easier than knowing where to start.
We built Aitherapy to sit in the space between coping alone and going to therapy. A place where people can slow down, reflect, and make sense of their thoughts without pressure, judgment, or appointments.
Aitherapy was created to make mental health support more accessible, private, and available in the moments people actually need it. Since launching, we've been grateful to support thousands of people as they navigate stress, anxiety, low mood, relationships, and everyday emotional challenges.
We believe in responsible growth and ethical use of AI. We're a small, focused team who care deeply about mental health and about building technology that supports people, not replaces human connection.
What Aitherapy Is
Aitherapy is a mental health companion designed to help people reflect, understand their thoughts, and build emotional awareness using evidence-based approaches including principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
It's built for everyday moments. Late nights. Quiet breaks. Times when something feels heavy, confusing, or unresolved, but not urgent enough to book a therapy appointment.
Aitherapy does not diagnose, prescribe, or make medical decisions. It offers structured reflection and supportive conversation to help people better understand what they're experiencing.
How We Think About Mental Health
Mental health isn't only about crises. It's also about everyday struggles. The thoughts you keep replaying. The emotions you can't quite name. The stress that slowly builds when life doesn't pause.
We believe support should exist in those moments too, before things escalate or feel overwhelming.
Responsible Use of AI
We take the role of AI in mental health seriously. That means clear boundaries on what Aitherapy can and cannot do, a strong focus on safety and privacy, and a commitment to ethical design.
Aitherapy is not meant to replace human connection or professional care. We believe technology should support people, not override their judgment or isolate them from the real world.
Who Aitherapy Is For
Aitherapy is for people who want a private space to reflect, support without pressure or judgment, and tools to better understand their thoughts and emotions without an expensive price tag. It's built to fit into real life, not demand more from it. Some users are in therapy. Some are not. Some check in every day, others only when they need to. There's no right way to use Aitherapy.
